At Union Leather, we stand by the quality of our products. We guarantee all our products for the original buyer. If there’s a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for free. Please contact our Customer Service to arrange a replacement.
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for damage from normal use, misuse, neglect, or items lost after they’ve been delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in new, sellable condition for a full refund. It will take 3 days to process Refund process for Return item. Return label is customer's responsibility. We don't charge any restocking fee.
If you receive a defective item, you have 30 days from the date you got it to request a refund or a replacement.
If you received the wrong item, it must be returned in its original, unused condition, including the box and packaging.

Change of mind
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Once your return is approved, we will email you the details.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Custom or personalized (engraved) items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Discounted and sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the new item is in stock and helps us manage our inventory better.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to your address. Sometimes, the shipping company will mark a package as delivered when it reaches your local post office. If this happens, it is usually delivered the next day or can be picked up at the post office. Please track your order with the tracking number sent to your email.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive on time, delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside of our control. If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue.
