To make sure your package is delivered correctly and on time, please double-check that your address is entered correctly with all the necessary details. This includes using the right abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment or building numbers. If the address you give is wrong, we can’t take responsibility for lost or misplaced packages.
We do ship to PO Boxes using DPD/Evri/Royal Mail but fast shipping options are not available for PO Boxes. We may also use other carriers, and we can switch carriers as needed.
For international orders, the buyer agrees that Union Leather will import the goods on their behalf. We may use a customs broker to help with this process. The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties on top of the purchase price.
Processing Time:
It may take up to 1 to 2 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) to process your order before it is shipped. Once your payment is verified, standard orders may take up to 3 to 5 business days in transit, expedited orders may take up to 2 to 3 days. These times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.

After the package is sent, depending on the shipping method chosen and where it’s going. You will get an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
For international orders, we usually ship with USPS or UPS. Other carriers may be used based on shipping needs.

Delivery Policy:
If your package is lost or missing, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date to qualify for store credit or a replacement. We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but will review these cases individually. Email: info@unionleather.co.uk
Delivery Claims:
We will help you work with the carrier to file a claim. Keep in mind, that claims may take up to 30 days to be processed, depending on the carrier.
Union Leather is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not give refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
Out of Stock Items:
If your order has multiple items and one is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and refund you for the item(s) not available.
Shipping Rights:
We will try to meet your shipping and billing requests, but Union Leather may require a matching shipping and billing address if we can’t process or verify an order.
Union Leather also reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders due to a history of excessive returns, or suspected fraud or illegal activity. We may also limit or refuse returns from customers for similar reasons.
